"It is exciting to see the teachers actually learn how to plan for social emotional development. They really understand now, that when children are having trouble with their behavior, there is something more going on inside."

Promoting Resilient Young Children

Thank you to the United Way of Greater Cincinnati for early and ongoing support of the consortium. This program is a collaboration of mental health and early care and education specialists who provide services to early childhood centers through consultation, coaching and training to promote the social and emotional well being of children before they enter kindergarten.

TriangleAt the Universal Level, it helps young children in Hamilton County to be socially and emotionally healthy. Targeted Level services offer training, coaching and consultation to identified child care classrooms. At the Intensive Level, it provides specialized services to individual children and families by offering counseling and alternative education environments if needed.
